End of Key Stage Results for 2017-2023
Schools are not required to publish their exam and assessment results from the 2019 to 2020 academic year as these have not been published as performance measures by the Secretary of State due to COVID-19
There are four statutory assessment points in a child’s journey through primary school:
1. End of Reception Good Level of Development (GLD)
2. End of Year 1 Phonic Screening
3. End of Key Stage 1 (Year 2) testing (Internally marked for Reading, Writing, SPaG, Maths, Science and Speaking and Listening) and teacher assessment
4. End of Key Stage 2 (Year 6) testing (externally marked for Reading, SPaG and Maths; Science is teacher assessed, unless selected as a 40% sample group) and teacher assessment.
