Student Leadership

At Grange Primary Academy we believe that everyone is a leader, especially our children.  As a result we have a comprehensive programme of student leadership roles and responsibilities.  These include;

  • School Council (Elected class representatives)
  • Community Council (Elected class representatives)
  • Sustainability Council (Members from ECO Club)

These three groups meet regularly to help improve the way that the school runs and to improve it's role in the community and beyond.

School Parliament

At Grange Primary Academy we have a democratically elected School Parliment who represent the views of all of our children.  Each class from Year 1 to Year  6 have two elected representatives who meet regularly to discuss ho to work together to improve our school.

In recent years their views have helped the school improve school meals, our learning environment, extra curricular clubs, the library and our playground.
